Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Future Farmer LLP, F-12, Sree Daksha’s Utkarsh, Thondamuthur Road, Vadavalli, Coimbatore – 641046.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale or as a Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Future Farmer, accessible from https://futurefarmers.in/
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
In most cases You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 48 hours without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 48 hours from the date and time on which You have placed the Order. Refund will be credited within 4 business days in your original payment method.
Notwithstanding the above, cancellation of Your Order will not be possible in case the dispatch of the Goods has already been effected within the 24-hour period.
In the case of Goods manufactured by Indus Viva Health Sciences Pvt Ltd and sold on this Website, Goods once ordered cannot be cancelled.

Conditions for Returns
Goods are eligible for returns only in case the Goods are found to be in a damaged condition at the time of receipt of the Goods.
In case of multiple items shipped, only the affected Goods can be returned and replaced.
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, Return should be done within 2 days, please make sure that: 

The Goods are in the original packaging
There is damage to the Goods on receipt and intimation of such damage to the Goods received is made to Us within 24 hours of receipt.
The order number, proof of purchase, proof of delivery of the consignment should be sent as an attachment with the intimation of damage over an email.
Additionally, clear images of outer box and affected Goods on receipt of the Goods taken immediately on receipt shound be sent as an attachment along with the same email
The order number, receipt or proof of purchase, clear image of the outer box and clear images of the products if damaged to be sent over mail
Email will be responded to within 2-3 business days and full assistance will be provided thereafter
We will be happy to provide a better resolution by providing refund or replacement after due investigation within 2-5 business days of receipt of the damaged Goods.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods where the seal was broken after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Within 24 to 48 hours of sending Your intimation regarding damage to the product on receipt, You will receive an intimation of the address to which the Goods being returned are to be despatched to.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Goods found Missing on receipt
Any Goods that are part of one order that are found to be missing on receipt are to be notified with 24 hours of receiving the consignment via email to futurefarmersindia@gmail.com.
The order number, proof of purchase, proof of delivery, clear image of the outer box and opened box to be sent through mail.
Email will be responded to within 2-3 business days and full assistance will be provided thereafter

We will be happy to resolve the issue by resending the missing Goods or by effecting a refund after due investigation within 2-5 business days

Order Fulfilment
future farmer has partnered with all brands you see on the Future Farmer LLP Website to ensure that an order received will be fulfilled by the respective brands themselves. Therefore, the shipping charges, shipping services used and time frame for delivery may vary from one partner to another depending on their specific geographic location and services used by them.

Time Frame for Delivery
future farmer is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within a reasonable time frame. Products are shipped by our partners on all business days throughout the week.

An indicative time frame for delivery within India will vary between 4 to 8 days depending your location.

It is, however, important to note that a consignment once handed over to a shipping service provider goes completely outside the control of future farmer Team or our partners. We will take all efforts to update you of the Consignment / Way Bill Number. However, you are advised to visit the tracking page of the respective shipping service provider to track the consignment.

In case you have not received your consignment even after 10 days of placement of order, please send us an email to us at futurefarmersindia@gmail.com quoting your order number, and all other available details related to the consignment.

Shipping Services
All partners use the services of reputed courier agencies only, in order to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time.

In the rare instance that there is no courier service available in your area, our partner may opt to ship your items via Government Registered Parcel.

Shipping Charges
All product prices listed on future farmer Website are MRP, inclusive of GST. This price excludes Shipping & Delivery costs, which will be charged extra, depending on the weight and volume of your consignment.

Our partners may, at their own discretion, decide to reduce or waive all or part of the Shipping & Delivery Charges, depending on your Order Value.

In any case the exact shipping charges will be visible to you at the time of check out and also on the order confirmation email sent to you after your payment is effected.

Minimum Order Value
Since each partner has their own shipping rates, as on date, there is no minimum order value on future farmer Website. Also as on date future farmer in not able to offer free shipping beyond an order value.

However, these policies may change in future.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you receive your package in a damaged condition or if the packaging is tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Please also send us an email to us at futurefarmersindia@gmail.com quoting your order number, and all other available details related to the consignment.

In case you find the products damaged after opening the package please follow the instructions for raising a complaint regarding the damage within 24 hours of receiving the consignment as per procedure detailed on the Returns and Refunds page
